Sweet Heat Chicken B.B.Q. Kebabs
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1 x 160g tub Sweet Heat Gourmet Sweet Chilli (any flavour)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar / or red wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 red capsicum cut into 2 cm squares
1/2 pineapple cut into 2.5cm cubes
1 small red onion cut into four
1 Kg Chicken breasts cut into 2.5 cm cubes (beef or lamb or pork can also be used for this recipe)
Instructions:
- Mix Sweet Heat, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar / red wine in stainless steel or glass bowl.
- Place Chicken in bowl and coat well with Sweet Heat marinade mixture. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.
- Thread chicken onto skewers alternatively with pineapple, capsicum and onion.
- Cook on hot barbeque plate brushing with leftover marinade, turning every 5 minutes for 20 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
