Sweet Heat Chicken B.B.Q. Kebabs

Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1 x 160g tub Sweet Heat Gourmet Sweet Chilli (any flavour)
2 tbsp red wine vinegar / or red wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 red capsicum cut into 2 cm squares
1/2 pineapple cut into 2.5cm cubes
1 small red onion cut into four
1 Kg Chicken breasts cut into 2.5 cm cubes (beef or lamb or pork can also be used for this recipe)

Instructions:

  1. Mix Sweet Heat, soy sauce, and red wine vinegar / red wine in stainless steel or glass bowl.

  2. Place Chicken in bowl and coat well with Sweet Heat marinade mixture. Cover and refrigerate for one hour or overnight.

  3. Thread chicken onto skewers alternatively with pineapple, capsicum and onion.

  4. Cook on hot barbeque plate brushing with leftover marinade, turning every 5 minutes for 20 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy!
