Sweet Heat Prawns
Serves: 2
Ingredients:
12 green prawns (shelled and deveined)
2 tbsp Sweet Heat Gourmet Sweet Chilli (any flavour)
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp canola oil
2 tsp butter
2 tbsp chopped spring onion
2 tsp chopped parsley
200ml thickened cream
Salt and pepper (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl marinate prawns with Sweet Heat, garlic and oil. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Pan fry marinated prawns with remaining marinade and butter for about five minutes.
- Add spring onions, parsley, cream, and seasoning. Cook until the cream has a thick consistency. Garnish and serve with a garden salad. Enjoy!
