Sweet Heat Prawn Puffs
Serves: 4-6
Ingredients:
2 sheets ready rolled puff pastry (thawed)
Fresh coriander leaves
18 green medium king prawns - deveined
1 small red capsicum (finely diced)
1 tbl butter or margarine
3 tbl Sweet Heat Gourmet Sweet Chilli (any flavour)
1/2 tsp powdered ginger (optional)
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 230ºC (450F). Cut nine 7 cm rounds from each sheet of pastry and place in greased patty tins.
- Line pastry rounds with corriander leaves and 1 tsp capsicum then add prawns.
- Mix remaining ingredients in microwave dish and heat on high for 45 seconds. Stir and spoon a little of the mixture onto each prawn.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes until puffed and golden. Enjoy!
